Windows 10 I can't install the new Minecraft Launcher on my PC

I downloaded it from Minecraft.net and also from the Microsoft store. Each time when I try to open the installer it says:"Something Unexpected has HappenedReporting this problem will help us understand it better. You can wait a bit and try again or restart your device. That may help.Code: 0x89235003"Google search of this error code yields no results. I've tried launching as admin, restarting computer. Resetting the windows store, and I've confirmed I'm signed in using the same user I purchased Minecraft with. Using windows 10 and meet all the system requirements.
