Windows 11 I can't join Insider program on Windows 11, but it still thinks I joined

I tried joining the Windows Insider program on Windows 11, and I got the terms and conditions screen. When I clicked continue, it loaded for a bit, then showed me the same screen again. So my computer doesn't think I'm in the Insider program, but I got an email saying I'm in the program. I can't even opt out because the computer doesn't think I'm in the program.
