Windows 11 I can't log in or make a new email.

I can't login into my other Microsoft account. When I'm trying to log in it, it says there is no account with this email, but when I am trying to create a new account with this email it says that account already exists with this email. I have no idea how to fix it and Microsoft support is not responding.
