Windows 11 I can't log into my pc with my account

So i reset my Pc and when u want to sign into it with my microsoft account, i can't it just says "an error has occurred. Please try again" and it says it straight after i type in my e mail and i have checked that it is correct. I use windows 11 if that matters and really need help
