Windows 11 I can't move my cursor whilst holding down a key

I cannot move my cursor/touchpad whilst pressing a key and it gets really annoying when im gaming, how can i disable that? Im on the edition Windows 11 Pro version 23H2. Thank you

Windows 11 my mouse cursor keeps lagging behind. When i move my mouse it works fine for a bit and then freezes. It then comes back a few secs later.
