Windows 11 i can't open a drive with file explorer (please don't post on this)

i cloned a healthy efi system partition using AOMEI Partition Assistant 10.4.2 and i can't open it with file explorer i can open it with system cmd but not system explorer and there is no security tab can i open it with explorer
