Windows 10 I can't open my downloads file on my D: drive and other files as well (not all).

I can't open my downloads file on my D: drive and other files as well (not all). When I try to open the downloads file, it keeps saying "A device that does not exist was specified. I've tried moving it back to the C: drive but it says that it couldnt copy the files because one of the files had a name longer than 256 characters (even though it was EMPTY). The same happens for the other files I can't open. What should i do?I also can't upload screenshots here. (dead serious)
