Windows 11 I cant open my obs studio, or any installer

Hi, i am currently trying to install obs-studio, and more installers. But when i double click the file i get this, i've watched a tutorial. In the tutorial inside of the advanched app settings. There is supposed to be a "Choose where to get apps" button, but for some reason mine i'snt there, my edition is Windows 11 home
