When ever I try to open my settings to turn my internet on because for some reason it’s turned off it says “This file does not have an app associated with it for preforming this action. Please install an app or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default App Settings page.” But when I try to run a cmd I can’t because my search ain’t working and when ever I try to run with the run thing to run a sfc scan and I try to use it on developer mode it says “C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe The device is not ready.
