Windows 11 I can't press 2 keys at the same time.

I have no external keyboard. It's mostly annoying when trying to do keyboard shortcuts, but I just can't. I've been trying to get to clipboard, so I have to press Windows + V but it either only presses V or opens what get when you press windows and sometimes it does nothing at all.
