Windows 11 I can't reactivate windows 11 after a motherboard change.

As stated int he title, got a new motherboard and now I can't figure out how to reactivate windows on the new one. I have gone through all the basic trouble shooting and all the things listed on the microsoft help section. every time I try and reactivate I keep getting this message. b"We can’t find any devices linked to your Microsoft account that can be used for reactivating the device you’re using right now. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Microsoft account you linked to the Windows 10 digital license on this device or try again later."
