Windows 10 I cant reinstall my bluetooth after uninstalling.

Hi, I had some problems with my bluetooth and following the guide, i uninstall my bluetooth. And now i cant reinstall. I have open the device manager app to check the action tab and all it shows is the help and printer option. How do i reinstall bluetooth? I have tried trouble shoot also.
