Windows 11 I Can't Reinstall Windows 11

I tried reinstalling my windows 11 but I keep getting "installation failed" error when it reaches 65% or so what can I do to fix it?I tried resetting but that stops at 40% and takes me to the advanced startup screen and when I press continue I get a message that it wouldn't reset
