Windows 10 I Can't run SFC scan

Hi everyone,One of my update KB5023696 has failed many times. I have been working on this issue. I ran power shell admin and received this message sfc /scannow "There is a system repair pending which requires a reboot to complete. Restart and run sfc again." I restarted it twice and received the same message. How can I repair the files that are corrupted since scan now will not run?System info: W10 My Build 22h2 19045.2251 2/19/2021I have run scan now before some things worked others didn’t.
