Windows 11 I can't see characters anymore on my PC

Hi,I just opened my PC today and all the windows settings, some apps like notepad and others do not show letters anymore, but only dots. I have not updated since yesterday and it was working fine yesterday. What can I do to fix this? I do not know if the picture is able to be inserted (keeps telling me it failed to upload).I can kind of get around my PC, but have no way of knowing for sure what I am clicking when on certain apps. Others like Discord and Outlook works just fine.Can anyone help me with this?
