Windows 11 I can't seem to download anything on my laptop. It just gets stuck for no reason. I have tried changing the folder location. I have no storage issue

I can't seem to download anything on my laptop. It just gets stuck for no reason. I have tried changing the folder location. I have no storage issues either. I can save when I click on Save target as but I cant seem to download anything from anywhere.
