Windows 10 I can't seem to use by business account to sign into Windows

I get the error "That Microsoft account doesn't exist." when I try to log into windows with my email address. My main email is hosted by a third party and set up with Microsoft as the way I access my emails. My email is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. CheersTim
