Windows 11 I can't turn on core isolation due to incompatible driver csrbc.sys. how do i remove this to enable core isolation?

I had a problem with my Cambridge BT100 interface which I tried to remedy via my computer. I downloaded drivers but can't remove the last one csrbc.sys which is preventing me enabling core isolation.how do I remove this driver?
