Windows 11 I can't turn on memory integrity because of updated yet incompatible Logitech drivers: lvbflt64.sys, lvrs64.sys & lvuvc64.sys.

I have two Logitech mice and one Logitech camera. I haven't been able to find generic drivers instead. I'm tempted to get and use a new camera of a different brand but will I have problems signing into sites where I used to use my Logitech camera?
