Windows 11 I can't turn on my bluetooth then I deleted the bluetooth driver from device manager

I used to have this problem on my old laptop and I solved it.https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-hardware/why-is-troubleshoot-telling-me-that-my-device-does/ddf2364a-1600-4cad-b09a-a2de9cc4a0ae?page=1I had my laptop on a table on my bed and it fell and it closed, when I turned it on it had a blue screen and needed to restart. When it finished restarting, my laptop can't turn on the bluetooth. I tried to delete the bluetooth driver because my old laptop needed to do the same thing. My old laptop had Qualcomm Atheros. My current device is different (I forgot the name).I
