Windows 11 i cant turn virus and thret protection back on

I think I installed some malware that stops my virus and threat protection from turning on, when I go to windows security virus and threat protection just keeps loading and shortly after I get an error message saying: Windows security center is not working, I have tried resetting Microsoft defender and checking for updates, I have tried so many things and none of them are working.
