3/2023 I can’t update KB5023696?? My Build 22h2 19045.2251 2/19/2021 I successfully installed net frame work 3.5 on 3/15 after many tries. Night of the 3/16/23 I set up windows update out of regular hours when firewall was disabled. failed 3/17/23 I have search for error code 0x800f0922 for update KB5023696 (Security) In programs I went to windows features off/ on. Net 3.5 check Expand it and selected two options Cleaned out old files on c drive, Checked Frame 3.5 and started services Pw shell >sfc /cscannow Some things worked others didn’t I went to MS update catalogue.
