Windows 10 I can't update to the new version of Windows

Hello, I can't update my Windows 10 to the new version. I currently have Windows 10 Pro 1909 (build 18363.1556), Nvidia Geforce GTX 1650 Ti, Intel Core i5-10300H, 8RAM. After installing the update in the blue box "Working with updates. Do not turn off computer", a black screen appears with white text "Deleting changes made to this computer". And the computer is rolled back to the point before the update was installed.
