i even tried upgrading to win 11 with a iso file and i did and the issue is still there even after resetting the pc a couple of times and it still didnt fix the issueive seen numerous forums but nothing worked the windows update just says"We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the Internet"and installing something from the microsoft store says "One or more items in this bundle didn’t install yet. We’ll keep trying. You can also try installing them from Downloads and updates Code: 0x803FB1
