Windows 11 i cant use my earphones mic in my laptop.

i tried everything i cant change it im using windows 11 right now. it worked fine when i was using windows 10 ,earlier when i used to plugin my earphone a popup comes up asking if its a mic , headphone or headset (this uses earphone mic ). Now it uses only my laptop mic and its broken so i cant switch it up and also i tried installing realtek then its showing realtek audio driver failure error code 0001.
