Windows 10 I can't WRITE into my hard drive, and also to my SATA SSD

was not able to write any in my files. it always say that it is WRITE PROTECTED. I even tried the DISKPART method. I can't set to full control in that drive in advance sharing option. and also I even formatted a countless times my drive. The one thing solution is that the BITLOCKER wherein it is a hassle way to do cause you have to unlock it if you are going to start your PC and it is really inconvenient.
