Windows 10 I changed the language but some things are still in the old language

I bought a laptop yesterday in Spain, which is where I currently live, but I wanted to change the language to English. I did the usual procedure and changed it on Settings > Time and language > Language. I downloaded the language pack for English (United States) and also went to Administrative language settings and changed it to English there as well.After restarting my PC I can see that the change was made but some things are still in Spanish such as the settings section, the start section, the search box on the task bar. I tried changing the region to the USA to see if it would change
