Windows 10 I changed the Number of my Processors in msconfig and now my pc wont boot up.

I already tried the bcdedit /deletevalue numproc and bcdedit /deletevalue truncatememory both resulting in an error that it can't be deleted because it's not found..I also can't reset my computer (which is still not my preferred solution because of personal files)because it says "no changes were made" which makes sense since the only problem is that windows can not boot up at all because of the change of the processors in the msconfig.. But isn't there a way to just reset the msconfig and putting it back to default so (1 processor used atleast it showed that when i was changing it) Also
