Windows 10 I cloned and upgraded my C drive and now my D drive is missing

About a month ago I had bought a new C drive to upgrade my storage (from 222gb to 1Tb). I managed to do so successfully but had only noticed today that my D drive is now missing. I am unsure if they are related but I cannot figure out if I accidentally partitioned them together or not. I had a look on disk management and I have a "Disk 0" that wasn't there before with 3.86gb unallocated and is not initialized. I have included screenshots of before and after the upgrade and then what disk manager looks like today
