Windows 10 I currently having problems with what appears to be the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. I believe it is causing issues with my main monitor.

I currently having problems with what appears to be the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. My current GPU (GeForce RTX 3070) is also showing is the display adapters too, but the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter is showing a Code 31 error (This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device (Code 31). The driver trying to start is not the same as the driver for the POSTed display adapter.") . I believe this is causing my main monitor to stutter about every ten seconds. The stutter makes several lines across the top of my screen for about 1 second.I
