Windows 10 I deleted all bluetooth applications and drivers from my device Manger and troubleshooting can't find it in my computer now, how can I get it all back

I got a refurbished computer that has windows 11 pro. I couldnt find the Bluetooth on it. I read articles on how to fix it and they all said to delete bluetooth from device manager and windows would reinstall it. So I deleted everything bluetooth in device manager, restarted computer and nothing reinstalled. I run troubleshoot bluetooth and now it asks me if I see a windows restart on my screen. I say no and then it says unable to detect a bluetooth radio on my device. I reinstated the Bluetooth drivers and they are updated. Can someone please help me? I'm about yo start a new work from home
