Windows 11 I did factory reset to my windows 11 laptop, since than my laptop keeps on restarting

So I upgraded to windows 11 from windows 10 home couple months back, now I wanted to do factory reset to my laptop, I didn't had any windows 10 setup or files, i went for factory reset from settings and chose to clean all data and select local reinstall option, the first time my pc restart blue screen appeared with couples of options, first option was go back to windows 10 and i chose this option only since than my laptop keeps on restarting, I'm stuck, kindly provide me a solution
