Windows 7 i don't connecting for mail on one drive for windows 7

hello When I use OneDrive in Windows 7. After I use Nekoray VPN, the connection is not established in one drive and I have to install it from the beginning so that I can update and back up my files. Is it because the nekoray program is not updated? Or do I have to do something else? I will appreciate your help. For information *** Email address is removed for privacy *** for help me
