Windows 10 I don't have any Bitlocker recovery keys to uploaded in your Microsoft account

i have tried many methods but cannot recover, i bought a pc with already license microsoft 10 on it (in amazon), where to find iti tried the most capable of 5 methods but it's can't, this is ur first method you have recomended (In your Microsoft account: Sign in to your Microsoft account on another device to find your recovery key. This is the most likely place to find your recovery key). And this is how i recieved on, but i dont know what to do. Thanks for all.
