Windows 11 I don't have show location of pointer when i press ctrl, so why does my pointer keep showing up when I press ctrl when playing a game on fullscreen

It doesn't matter what im doing it just wont stop I've been looking up this for 2 days now and I keep getting the same answer to turn off ctrl to show pointer when its already off
