Windows 10 I don't have the Wi-Fi adapter in Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network Connections

I need help with the wireless Wi-Fi. When I go to Network & Internet in settings and click on "Change adapter options" under Advanced network settings, it only shows Ethernet and bluetooth-network connection. It does not show any Wi-Fi adapter, and I haven't seen anything on YouTube that fixed the problem beacuse they had the Wi-Fi adapter. Can you please help me get the Wi-Fi adapter back? :(
