I don't know what is main service and I have doubt about this .exe, it may be a virus because I cannot uninstall it. Someone can help me please?!

This is what windows says when I try to uninstall it. I don't know what it means and what should I do about it. I have to add that this main service doesn't show itself in task manager. Recently I got rid of find.it pro malware from chrome by deleting the extension and I was thinking may be it has relate to find.it pro virus somehow, but I have no idea so that's why I need your help guys. I have done a full scan with windows defender and it have found some threats which i removed, now says everything it.s ok.
