Windows 10 I don't want to have a bitlocker or encrypt my local drives but if I didn't encrypt my disks it become read only disks how can I fix it?

I don't want to turn on or encrypt my local disks but windows force me because of the bitlocker. It will become read-only if disk if I didn't turn on the BitLocker, that's why I have no choice but to turn on the bitlocker to all of my disks and I don't want it. How can I fix it? please help me
