Windows 10 I downloaded a file, and i accidentally did something without realizing, and now i cant redownload the file.

So recently, I successfully downloaded and used a file, but I clicked something, and afterwards, not only could I not use the already downloaded file, but "something went wrong" would appear when I tried to download another one. I'm not sure what happened, but I did something in the Files app or somewhere, and now I can't download the file.
