So…my laptop wasn’t showing my internet options, I looked up some videos on how to solve it. In one video it said try restarting the WINDOWS EXPLORER FROM YOUR TASK MANAGER. I tried doing it but accidentally ended the task, my screen went black. I didn’t know what to do so I shut down my pc. I thought it will solve the problem but when i restarted the pc the blue screen came which said “ there was some error in the system, we’ll try restarting for you” .once it restarts it says that automatic system repair wasn’t able to solve the problem I tried using advanced recover but I forgot my password
