Windows 11 I exit out of the tab the game is on when I press caps lock windows 11

I was playing overwatch 2 and then I accidently pressed caps lock which made me black screen for 2 secs and then exited the window and made me go back to my desktop screen. Is there any solution to it this is very annoying
