Windows 10 I feel like I downloaded a malicious media creation tool.

I was trying to reset my computer from a USB so i searched up media creation tool, I clicked one of the first three links and it sent me to Download Windows 10, after some research I found out that instead of windows10 and the end its windows10ISO, Ex: Download Windows 10 Disc Image (ISO File) did I download a malware or did I get the right thing?
