I need help accessing my Microsoft 11 account on my new laptop! I forgot the password & the Microsoft 11 platform isn't giving me any options to rectify the situation! I've gone the security questions route & it' keeps telling me that "1 or more of my answers are incorrect!" Which is a bunch of bullcrap! I know what my security answers were & what format my answers were in! I just want to get into my brand-new laptop w. Microsoft 11! Uggh...
