Windows 11 i formatted pc but after that i got all d drive file has been locked automatically i don't know why?

Files password

I have windows 11 pro and for some issues so i take backup of c drive like desktop, documents and downloads backup in d drive but after that pc was reset and reinstall 23H2 but after that all d drive file password protected like word excel pdf and AutoCAD files not able to access for you don't have permission then i have set the permission for administrator then also no able to open.
