Windows 11 I get 0x8004231F error message when I try to do a restore point.

Every time I try to set up a restore point, I get an error message 0x8004231F that says my shadow copy storage file or other shadow copy data has insufficient space. I have a brand-new computer (Dell) with a one terabyte HHD. The only things on it are the os system, Windows 365, BitDefender. I haven't transferred any files from my old computer yet. I have Windows 11 Home. I've tried various fixes online but to no avail. Increasing Volume Shadow didn't work in system properties or through the command prompt.
