Windows 11 I get an error saying “The recycle bin on c:/ is corrupted. Do you want to empty the recycle bin for this drive?”

It is a completely black screen besides the error message. I did an update on windows today and it was fine. I walked away from my computer to see this message. It will not let me click on ‘yes or no’, will not let me shut down or restart my computer.
