Windows 10 I get BSOD when I try start games after I got a Windows update

I recently factory reset my computer. I downloaded everything, run essentials. Then I tried to start a game I got instant BSOD. I searched up the internet and tried every solution. Nothing worked for me. Then I tried again today reseted the computer again. I priotized first focus on drives, then I tried to start the game it worked fine got some stuttering so I downloaded the nvidia app to fix it. Then I also saw that I got windows update. I updated and then restarted. Tried to start the game now got BSOD again. Now I'm clueless I don't want to reset the computer again. I want to try some metho
