Windows 11 i get the error code 0xc00d36c4 when i try to play with media player mp4 file

When trying to open a mp4 file with media player I get a error code . we can't open this maybe because the file is unsupported, the file extensions is incorrect , or the file is corrupt. 0xc00D36C4 . what should I do ? I uninstalled the media player and reinstalled.
