Windows 11 I got a new laptop and it has a screen time limit on it that neither of my parents set up, how do i remove this?

I am 18 and about to attend university, i got a new laptop and signed into my microsoft account, my laptop now has a screen time limit even thought it never did with previous laptops logged into the same microsoft account and my profile cannot be found on my dads family account on his microsoft even though on my account i am a part of his, really confused on what to do and can’t see a way around it
