Windows 11 I got hacked by a russian hacker nammed *** Email address is removed for privacy *** when i try to put my gmail in it says "it doesnt exsist"

Hello My name is Steven Jaden and i got hacked by someone named *** Email address is removed for privacy *** I lost my account (blox*******@gmail.com) and i need help getting it back. i have alot of progress on that account i have screen shots that might be able to prove its my account and i got hacked ive done some research and noticed that rambler.ru or RU in general means a russian hacking gmail type of thing and i have no idea how to get it back so im here asking for help please i spent alot of money message me if possible on the account i used to type this message out. Ive tried nearly everything nothing works
